Xinxing ASK is a non profit, independent private organization specializing in Aid for Street Kids. The staff and volunteers who care for these children must uphold the following principles:

1 Xinxing ASK provides immediate assistance or developmental support to the children who are either in difficult circumstances or are, due to the natural, man-made disasters and broken family, in danger of losing their rights of survival, development and education without discrimination as to children’s nationality, religion, gender, family and social backgrounds, and follows the core philosophy of contributing to the  development and well-being of children on the basis of equity and professionalism. 

2 Xinxing ASK strictly follows the laws and regulations of China, we adhere to the law of Minors Protection of People’s Republic of China as a guideline in the process of operation and action, and takes an open, transparent, fair and just stand on the aid action to ensure the fair and voluntary assistance offered to children.

3 Xinxing ASK’s staff and volunteers undertake to respect their professional code of ethics maintaining the scientific, consistent and autonomous aid activities. 

4 Xinxing ASK' staff and volunteers are aware of the nature of the voluntary and public welfare of the operation they undertake, and have no right to any compensation for themselves or their beneficiaries other than what Xinxing ASK is able to provide.
